"WARNING!"
Having dealt with a number of mortgage brokers in the past, I was recommended to contact an agent at this business. She held off my mortgage approval until the last minute so that they could give me a very high interest rate which gives them a higher commission. I told them I would be selling the property in a year but they gave me a 5 yr term with over $30000 penalty! This meant that it was too late to go elsewhere. As I was financing two separate properties, I cancelled the second and another person from the office called and screamed at me and threatened that they would make sure I would not get a loan anywhere. I had to get my lawyer to call them with a "cease and desist". They lied to me about my credit bureau beacon score saying it was far less than it actually was (this would give justification for the higher interest rate). When I checked it myself, it was a high, extremely good beacon score which would have enabled me to get the best interest rates. When I asked for copies of all the details of my dealings with them, they refused. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They do not look after your best interests at all.
